Who we are
Beyond BnB Ventures is a corporate housing operator. We furnish and operate residences for working professionals on assignment and their families, currently 8 residences across 4 markets in 3 states.

Our operating commitments
- Every occupant screened. Each occupant is ID-verified and screened before move-in. You always know who is living in the unit.
- Insured, with you named. We carry liability insurance and can name your community as additional insured on request.
- Professional cleaning. Every residence is professionally cleaned between occupants and kept to the same standard across all of our markets.
- Maintenance coordinated. We coordinate maintenance directly with your on-site team, so issues are reported and handled without landing on your desk.
- Regular inspections. We inspect our residences on a regular schedule, so the unit stays in the condition you handed it over in.
- One accountable contact. Your leasing office and ours talk directly. No call centers, no hand-offs — the same small team runs every residence.
