Hotel block, or a residence?
For longer stays and bigger teams, a shared residence with a kitchen often beats a row of hotel rooms. Put in your own numbers.

Questions
Good to know.
What exactly is corporate housing?
A fully furnished residence — bedrooms, a real kitchen, a living room, a place to work — for the length of an assignment instead of a string of hotel nights. It’s somewhere your people can actually live, not just sleep.
How long can someone stay?
As long as the assignment runs. Tell us the dates and we’ll quote the whole stay up front, with cleaning and taxes already in the number.
Can our company pay directly?
Yes. Tell us how your team handles travel billing and we’ll set up the simplest path — one quote for the whole stay, one point of contact, and receipts your finance team can use.
Can you house a whole team?
Our residences sleep from 3 to 12, and we can place a team across several residences in the same market. Tell us the headcount and we’ll put a plan together.
Are occupants screened?
Yes — every occupant is ID-verified and screened before move-in. It’s part of how we keep good relationships with the communities we operate in.

Tell us who’s coming.
Three quick steps. We’ll come back with a residence and a number.
