Beyond BnB Ventures is a corporate housing operator. We furnish and run residences for professionals on assignment in Frisco & Plano, Columbia, Chattanooga and Upper Perkiomen Valley — and we do all of it with one accountable team.
Our story
Built by an operator, not a platform.
Beyond BnB Ventures was started by Joe with a simple idea: people on assignment deserve somewhere that feels like home, and the communities that house them deserve an operator they never have to worry about.
Today we operate 8 fully furnished residences across 4 markets in 3 states. The same small team designs, furnishes, cleans and looks after every one — which is exactly why the standard doesn’t change from Texas to Tennessee to Pennsylvania.
We work directly with leasing offices, property managers and corporate housing departments, and with the employers, staffing agencies and insurers who place people with us.

We carry liability insurance and can name your community as additional insured on request.

Every residence is professionally cleaned between occupants and kept to the same standard across all of our markets.

Maintenance coordinated
We coordinate maintenance quickly and work with your on-site team, so small issues don’t become your problem.

Regular inspections
We inspect our residences on a regular schedule, so the unit stays in the condition you handed it over in.
