What does Beyond BnB Ventures do?
We’re a corporate housing operator. We furnish and manage residences for professionals on assignment — healthcare staff, project teams, relocating employees and insurance placements — and currently operate 8 residences across 4 markets in Texas, Tennessee and Pennsylvania.
Who lives in the units?
Working professionals and their families: travel nurses and clinicians, engineers and project crews, consultants, employees relocating for work, and families placed by insurers while their home is repaired. Every occupant is ID-verified and screened before move-in.
Do you carry insurance?
Yes. We carry liability insurance and can name your community as additional insured. We’re happy to send a certificate of insurance as part of the leasing process.
How do you look after the unit?
Every residence is professionally cleaned between occupants, maintenance is coordinated promptly with your on-site team, and we inspect our residences regularly. The same small team sets the standard in every market.
